Ok Folks...36 weeks today! Holy cow...Patootie is about the size of a honeydew melon (according to the nest baby). Time has flown! We are staring down the homestretch.
A highlight from the last couple days has been our Newborn care class. We learned how to take a baby's temp, give baby a bath, dress baby, change baby's diaper. We learned that just about anything you do to baby's lower half will stimulate her bowels (prepare to be pooped on is what we were warned). My favorite part was watching Josh practice swaddling, he did really well and was very intent on it. He also liked holding the practice baby in the football hold, a recommended hold to soothe baby.
